Responsibilities

Lead and support enterprise printer administration and management
Perform system installations, updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Support identity and infrastructure systems, including OKTA and OKTA Advanced Server Access (ASA)
Apply and maintain advanced endpoint and system security solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, ManageEngine Endpoint Central)
Follow structured system management and troubleshooting processes
Create and maintain clear, accurate, and detailed technical documentation to support ongoing operations and system rewrites
Communicate status updates clearly and accurately to stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with multiple technical and business teams
Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and issue resolution as required
Independently learn and adapt to new systems, tools, processes, and business functionality

Required

Printer administration and management in an enterprise environment
Basic system management and troubleshooting processes
Knowledge of information management, file structures, and data representation
Experience with advanced system and endpoint security tools

Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately while adhering to quality standards
Attention to detail, especially for documentation and process compliance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven willingness and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
