Responsibilities
Coordinate daily reconciliation of security masters, positions, and cash with the Alternative Investment Solutions team
Identify and resolve data breaks or discrepancies in trades, holdings, and security master information
Support portfolio and risk management data needs by collaborating with investment operations and portfolio managers
Manage LP investments, subscription documents, and ad-hoc client data requests
Assist with onboarding new clients and escalate critical data issues to ensure accurate reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field from an accredited university
9 years of experience with reputable investment management firms, preferably in Alternative Credit or Insurance Asset Management
Experience in Investment Operations, including middle office, back office, or treasury functions
Knowledge of various investment vehicles, including Institutional Separate Accounts, SMA/Limited Partnerships, Closed-End Funds, UCITs, CLOs, and complex fund structures
Preferred
Familiarity with data management platforms such as Black Mountain (Allvue), Everest, Geneva, and/or IVP is a plus
