Proactively build pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and SMS
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through close, for new entrant customers
Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
Engage business owners and decision-makers with confidence, uncovering their regulatory and compliance needs
Deliver a consultative sales approach, tailoring Foley’s solutions to each customer’s specific situation
Clearly articulate the value of Foley’s products and services, positioning them as long-term partners, not just vendors
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure strong pipeline visibility and forecasting
Balance speed and quality, managing a high volume of opportunities without sacrificing customer experience
Actively participate in coaching, training, and feedback to continuously improve performance
Stay current on Foley’s products, industry regulations, and compliance trends affecting small businesses
Translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, compelling conversations for customers
Qualification

Bring early-career sales experience or comparable high-volume customer-facing experience (inside sales, SDR, call center, or similar fast sales cycles)
Comfortable spending several hours a day on the phone and managing a large volume of outreach and follow-ups
Approach selling with curiosity and resilience, learn from rejection, adapt quickly, and keep going
Be coachable, accountable, and motivated by clear goals and measurable outcomes
Have experience using modern sales tools and CRMs (or can quickly learn them)
Communicate clearly, build rapport easily, and take pride in running a professional sales process
