Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration
Preparing charts
Answers multi-line phone and triages calls
Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent computer abilities
Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously
Preferred
1 years' experience in healthcare preferred
