They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Buyer / Planner to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations by coordinating logistics, managing vendor requests, and supporting inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain strong vendor relationships

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including cross-border shipping, customs documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations

Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and support demand planning to meet global business needs

Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to global company standards

Ensure all supply chain activities comply with import/export laws and regulations across multiple regions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and vendor agreements across global markets

Work closely with international teams, including procurement, production, and warehouse staff, to optimize global supply chain processes

Generate detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics and provide recommendations for global process improvements
