Program Coordinator Jewish Life - Full-Time
The Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Coordinator for Jewish Life and the Center for Loving Kindness and Civic Engagement. This role involves implementing and managing programs that promote Jewish culture and civic responsibility, while collaborating with community partners and engaging diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
Plans, coordinates, and executes programs from start to finish including scheduling, budgeting, and follow-up evaluation
Supports small- and large-scale events for Jewish Life and CFLK programs including logistics, scheduling, materials, and on-site support
Facilitates meaningful opportunities of Jewish engagement through programs and collaboration with existing JCC departments
Manages program communications, newsletters, and social media; coordinates with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and timely event promotion
Engages diverse audiences in person and online
Oversees event registrations, surveys, invoices, reimbursements, and volunteer coordination
Balances a broad portfolio of projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Manages programs using Mailchimp, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, event registration systems, and social media tools
Collaborates with community organizations to promote inclusion, kindness, and civic responsibility; adapts and responds to emerging community needs with warmth and empathy
Connects with individuals, families, and partner organizations to foster inclusion, belonging, and collaboration across communities
Ensures compliance with grants relating to Jewish Life
Works effectively with other key JCC departments to provide effective and efficient service delivery
Ability to define problems, develop solutions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to manage and balance a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment under tight time constraints

Ability to travel, as needed
Ability to perform other related duties, as needed and/or required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Services or related field with at least three years' experience working in the non-profit field or equivalent combination of education and experience
PA Criminal History Clearance

FBI Clearance
PA Mandated Reporter Training
First Aid/CPR Certification
