Architectural Project Manager

They are seeking a full-time Architectural Project Manager to oversee project lifecycles, manage client and team coordination, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including design concept, project requirements, drawing and specification development, and construction administration
Manage client and team (internal and external) coordination and communication
Provide advanced working knowledge of other disciplines for guidance in building detailing, building science, envelope, and building systems
Provide review and revisions to renderings, animations, and construction documents
Apply project presentation and meeting communication skills
Prepare proposals and project scope, including setting project fees and timelines
Report to the Principal-in-Charge for each project, providing project status updates on a regular basis

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture
At least 10 years of job-related experience
Registered Architect or pursuing Architecture licensure

Preferred

Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential markets
Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment
