Sales Support Manager
Pedagog Recruiting & Careers is seeking a Sales Support Manager for their client, which has experienced tremendous growth. This remote role involves coordinating and managing the sales process, supporting sales leadership, and ensuring client requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Providing support for sales leadership, including process management and client facing support
Acting as a liaison and project manager for sales leadership
Understanding customer requirements and expectations for presentations and deliverables
Updating deliverables on a per client basis in areas such as staffing models, pricing tables, presentations and solution components
Tracking follow through on action items, both internally and client facing
Driving preparation for client meetings, including logistics and client research
Providing overall support for client interactions and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Coordinate and manage the administration of the company's Operations sales process
Support sales leadership with a success-based bonus structure
Goal-minded with an interest in learning and contributing to a strategic team-selling model
Coordinate with technical, operations, construction, finance, management, proposal and other sales team members
Accountability and understanding requirements
Meeting client driven timelines
Maintaining the company's customer standards
Provide support for sales leadership, including process management and client facing support
Act as a liaison and project manager for sales leadership
