The New Client Development Sales Support Associate will support the management team and Sales Planners in delivering an excellent prospect-to-client experience by optimizing processes, performing quality control, and coordinating client meetings.

Responsibilities

Review onboarding cases and work with Sales Planner to correct issues or missing information
Create and update Salesforce dashboards to track individual and team production
Create and update daily/weekly/monthly production and metrics reporting for leadership and team distribution
Perform quality control for New Client Inflows (NCI) reporting and other key metrics reporting
Prepare quarterly payment reports for leadership approval
Assist with scheduled meeting planner reassignments due to misrouted sets, double bookings, PTO, STO, etc
Assist with rescheduling and placing calls to clients when Sales Planners are running long in another client meeting
Monitor inbox for urgent client emails when Sales Planners are out of the office
Triage permission and tech issues with Box, Record Center, DocuSign, FPT, prospect/client portal etc
Support the firm’s initiatives, assist with any company-wide projects and activities, and attend functions as needed
Participation in projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts as needed

Required

2+ years of relevant experience (Registered Investment Advisor or Broker/Dealer) is preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with or comfortable efficiently learning Salesforce and other software applications that are both proprietary and non-proprietary
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required
Able to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle challenging demands and work with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
Position requires a high level of confidentiality
