Responsibilities

Manage multiple national programs while serving as the central hub for outreach, recruiting events, and program performance
Manage and continuously improve Monarch’s Property Management Internship Program, Accounting Internship Program, Corporate department internships, and Junior Maintenance Apprenticeship Program
Serve as Monarch’s primary coordinator for career fairs, trade schools, workforce development programs, recruiting expos and community partnerships
Coach Hiring Managers & recruiters on how to win at different types of events
Make sure Monarch’s brand, messaging, and materials are always event-ready
Manage and ship Monarch’s nationwide recruiting kits so every team shows up prepared and professional
Build job search plans with hiring managers
Write and customize job postings
Source candidates online and in person
Screen, interview, and present top candidates
Support onboarding and conduct 45-day follow-ups to ensure retention and success
Provide flexible coverage and support by assisting recruiters during PTO or high-volume hiring periods
Manage incoming general applications
Monitor online Job Ad accounts/campaigns
Support monthly hiring and recruiting reports
Assist with special projects and analytics

Ability to screen, interview, and present top candidates
Ability to support onboarding and conduct 45-day follow-ups
Ability to assist recruiters during PTO or high-volume hiring periods
Ability to manage incoming general applications

Ability to support monthly hiring and recruiting reports
Ability to assist with special projects and analytics
Highly organized and comfortable juggling many moving parts
Ability to balance strategy with detail-level execution
Enjoys working with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates alike

Preferred
