Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data and AI programs, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
Manage multiple workstreams across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, and Cloud teams
Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and success metrics
Partner with business leaders, product owners, data scientists, and engineers to drive AI use cases (predictive analytics, NLP, automation, GenAI)
Establish data governance, model governance, and AI risk management frameworks
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Drive adoption of Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
Track KPIs, benefits realization, and ROI for AI initiatives
Manage vendor relationships, system integrators, and offshore/onshore teams
Communicate program status, risks, and executive-level insights to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within Data, Analytics, or Technology domains
5+ years managing enterprise data programs or AI/ML initiatives
Strong understanding of: Data platforms (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouse)
Strong understanding of: AI/ML lifecycle (model development, deployment, monitoring)
Strong understanding of: GenAI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration – conceptual understanding)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proven experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
