Pratt & Whitney is transforming the future of flight and is seeking a motivated Manager, FP&A - MCE, Commercial Spares to join their team. This role will involve developing and maintaining spare parts pricing, assisting Customer Account Managers to enhance customer satisfaction, and driving strategic pricing initiatives within a multi-billion dollar business.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining spare parts pricing, assisting Customer Account Managers to promote customer satisfaction, driving strategic pricing initiatives, performing data analysis, and assisting in the publication of the annual price catalog

Additional responsibilities may include managing customer-specific pricing based on contract terms to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives

This role is part of a cross-functional team directly supporting Aftermarket Pricing Strategy & Customer Solutions in a multi-billion dollar business

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance; OR an advanced degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Highly organized, with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

U.S. Citizenship is required due to program requirements
