The Paid Social Video Editor + Graphic Designer will be responsible for shooting, editing, and assembling high-quality social-first content across various platforms, focusing on fast-turn video production and graphic asset creation.

Responsibilities

Shooting and editing short-form social video content (TikTok, Reels, organic, and brand)
Creating simple graphics, static assets, thumbnails, and text overlays in Canva/Figma
Cutting variations, hooks, A/B edits, and format tests to support performance insights
Assembling content based on creative direction, references, or mood boards
Repurposing footage into multiple formats and aspect ratios
Maintaining organized files, exports, naming conventions, and deliverables
Supporting organic channels (TikTok + IG) and performance/brand content as directed
Collaborating with the Content Marketing Specialist and CCO for visual interpretation

Qualification

Video editingGraphic designContent creationTikTok/IGOrganizational skills

Required

3+ years of experience in creating content, both with video and graphics
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Ability to shoot social-native content (phone-based OK)
Familiarity with TikTok/IG formats, trends, pacing, and visual language
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
Portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing and simple graphics
Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality
Highly organized with strong file management habits

Preferred

Experience at a fast-growing DTC or social commerce brand is a major plus
