Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain security baseline configuration documents aligned with industry standards (e.g., STIG, CIS) and vendor requirements
Manage changes and updates to existing baselines and create new ones as needed
Verify Jira components for baseline requests
Evaluate technologies to determine if a security baseline is required
Review evidence supporting the retirement of outdated baselines
Collaborate with product owners, asset class owners, and SMEs for draft reviews
Request approvals from stakeholders and internal team leadership before publication
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
CIS/STIG Benchmarks
Agile Methodologies
Project management
MS office
Familiarity with security standards like STIG and CIS benchmarks
Understanding of configuration management and compliance frameworks
