The role involves making confirmation calls, hosting events, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring new hires are properly onboarded.

Responsibilities

Confirmation calls in the morning to all tours booked

Host party weekends. Attend the reception, dinners and luncheons involved

Review Weekly Payroll, Admin Data Entry

New hire paperwork, including all marketers are properly licensed, issuing uniforms, etc

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

One (1) to two (2) years of related work experience including sales, admin, customer service, or management

Must pass a background and drug test

Must pass a typing, excel, and math test

Must pass standardized testing done in consumer finance

Must be computer efficient

Must be able to read, write and understand English

Excellent customer service skills

Accounting Experience 2 years minimum

Preferred

Marketing / Sales Experience a plus
