Responsibilities
Support account lifecycle activities, including account openings, updates, and closures
Collect, validate, and manage client data with accuracy and consistency
Review current operational procedures and recommend or implement improvements
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and departmental projects
Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients regarding account information and updates
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, with solid analytical and decision-making skills
Associate's degree required
Preferred
Prior experience in financial services or client support, especially within banking or custody operations
bachelor's degree or higher is a plus
