Responsibilities

Assist the People Business Partners with day-to-day strategic HR activities, including organizational planning, talent discussions, and workforce insights
Conduct research, benchmarking, and data reviews to support talent strategies
Support execution of engagement initiatives, including listening strategies, pulse survey analysis, and RDC organization specific engagement activations
Help develop communication materials, toolkits, and resources that strengthen leader and colleague connection
Contribute to talent development and capability building initiatives, including cross-functional learning paths, and capability frameworks
Assist in identifying skill gaps and proposed solutions through data gathering, analysis, and stakeholder interviews
Support HR-related project plans, timelines, dashboards, and stakeholder deliverables
Conduct analysis of HR data (headcount, trends, talent flows) and create summaries or presentations for People Partners and Research leadership

Required

Currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline
0–2 years of hands on experience in Human Resources, talent programs, or related academic or project work
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex information clearly
Interest in HR strategy, employee experience, and supporting scientific or technical organizations
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to bring forward ideas and solutions
All candidates must be authorized to work in the US both at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment
