Responsibilities
Process, review, and code vendor invoices with accuracy and compliance to company policies
Maintain vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
Support month-end close through AP-related journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure adherence to internal controls, proper documentation, and consistent AP workflows
Collaborate with Brand, Logistics, and cross-functional teams to resolve coding or invoice issues
Prepare and support weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, credit card, virtual card)
Assist with onboarding and maintaining vendor profiles and required compliance documentation
Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as needed to support the accounting team
Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant experience
3+ years AP or accounting experience with a degree, 5+ years without a degree
Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
Cash reconciliation experience required
Understanding of AP workflow, GL coding, and month-end processes
Experience with QuickBooks Online; ProAdvisor is a plus but not required
High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach
Preferred
Experience with Sage X3 or similar ERP systems preferred
Retail, consumer products, or e-commerce experience a plus
