Responsibilities
Lead tax planning and compliance engagements for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals
Provide technical leadership on complex tax matters, including UNICAP, 163(j) interest limitations, and 199A
Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners on structuring, transactions, and multi-entity tax strategy
Review complex pass-through and individual returns, ensuring accuracy and optimization
Mentor and develop managers and staff; help build a high-performance tax team
Contribute to business development and firm growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
CPA license required
Senior Manager-level experience in public accounting or advisory
Track record of managing teams and client relationships
Preferred
Background serving Industrial & Consumer Products clients strongly preferred
Advanced knowledge of UNICAP (Section 263A)
Advanced knowledge of Section 163(j)
Advanced knowledge of Section 199A
Advanced knowledge of pass-through entity taxation and individual tax planning
Proven ability to manage complex engagements independently
