Responsibilities
Design marketing/sales assets for new marketing initiatives
Develop brand identities for new home communities, builder clients, and new internal divisions
Research and analyze appropriate design options for client requests
Keep current on website trends
Aid in the evaluation of marketing goals/successes
Maintain workflow within our Project Management System
Attend weekly review/status meetings
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work 10 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, in the Central Time Zone
Exceptional proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Ability to create designs that build an emotional connection with clients
Capable of creating print, web, web banner, e-blast, and social media campaigns and collateral
Strong understanding of branding, most importantly, the role that visual elements play
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Self-starter who constantly seeks out new ways to improve and advance our mission
Detail-obsessed; driven to produce the highest quality, as pixel-perfect as possible work
Background checks required

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working with collaborative teams
