Mid LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a Network Engineer who will perform the role of a Feature Test Engineer. This role involves testing and validating new Radio technology for North American telecom operators, ensuring the functionality of the latest Radio Products before they are rolled out network wide.

Responsibilities
Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customers’ lab facilities and first market application(s)
Demonstration of new functionality, and SW/HW capabilities
Perform proof of concept with customers for pre-commercial products and next generation Radio access technology equipment
Support NPI project, involving integration, configuration, features and functionalities, troubleshooting, inconsistences, and testing on roadmap portfolio for BBU (baseband units), and Radios on different technologies/bands operation
Resolve technical issues and serve as point of contact towards the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customer, and the EU throughout the project
Participate in lab testing, working closely with the delivery manager and customer to define the scope of work, resource plan and timeline
Execute Test Object List (TOL)
Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems in existing networks
Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance
Qualification
Required
Experience in integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology
Familiarity with radio products (SW and HW) through product testing
Experience with product acceptance processes for telecommunications
Ability to validate functionality of radio products
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Ability to work closely with development units, customer units, and directly with customers
Experience in lab testing and defining scope of work, resource plan, and timeline
Ability to execute Test Object List (TOL)
Experience in preparing and presenting reports for customer acceptance
Preferred
Experience with automation projects to improve testing processes
Experience with proof of concept for pre-commercial products
Knowledge of next generation Radio access technology equipment
Experience with NPI projects involving integration and configuration
