Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, email outreach, and CRM tools
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active buyers
Maintain a full sales pipeline, leveraging company-provided tools and processes to manage communication and follow-ups
Provide consultative guidance to buyers, helping them understand their equipment options and purchase decisions
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in identifying buyer needs, negotiating deals, and recommending equipment solutions
Collaborate with other teams including operations, logistics, and seller-side teams to ensure customer success
Manage your daily workflow, prioritizing tasks and prospects based on urgency and deal value

Qualification

B2B sales experienceCRM proficiencyCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsTime management

Required

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or account management
Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and hit quota-based targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative sales style
Tech-savvy and experienced using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
High level of self-direction and time management
Comfortable working within a defined workday (9am–5pm CST), while managing priorities and outcomes independently
