Responsibilities
Own the development and execution of key strategic initiatives aligned to company priorities
Design and implement the company’s AI strategy, including use case identification, prioritization, and execution
Lead deep-dive analyses on business performance, growth drivers, and operational efficiency
Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear recommendations for senior leadership
Partner with Technology and Functional leaders to ensure insights are actionable and scalable
Establish success metrics and track impact of strategic and AI-driven initiatives across the enterprise
Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities for application within the business
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or related roles
Proven track record of owning and executing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
Experience developing or leading AI- or advanced analytics–driven transformations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into clear business actions
Able to logically break down complex problems to create impactful business solutions
Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills
Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, must be willing to roll up sleeves
Experience partnering closely with senior leadership and influencing decision-making
