Responsibilities

Ensure efficient operations, cost-effective and timely procurement, and excellent customer service for students, faculty, and staff

Manage bookstore operations and material distribution

Organize and administer the procurement of all goods, services, and capital needs necessary for the operation of the College in accordance with relevant acts and policies

Serve as the college expert regarding purchasing methods, systems, workflows, and cost-effective procurement

Required

Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a direct industry purchasing capacity

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write/prepare reports and analyze data; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications; ability to use electronic equipment
