Responsibilities
Upload and test founder and creator content on TikTok
Set up and manage Spark Ads
Monitor daily performance and flag winning content
Identify TikTok posts that perform well organically
Re edit winning TikTok content for Meta placements (pacing, captions, hooks, framing)
Launch and distribute winning founder and creator ads on Meta
Keep creative, ads, and performance notes organized
Share simple weekly performance updates
Manage ad spend budgets efficiently to maximize performance and minimize wasted spend
Qualification
Required
You have personally launched ads on TikTok and Meta
You've set up Spark Ads yourself, not just reviewed performance
You're comfortable editing short form video (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
You've worked with UGC or creator driven brands
You like clear direction and fast execution
