Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients; expand the client base through active business development
Identify opportunities for electrical service, repairs, and upgrades; prepare and present proposals and service agreements
Act as the liaison between clients and technicians, managing multiple service calls to ensure efficient, high-quality completion
Conduct on-site meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections to assess client needs
Track account performance, manage budgets for small projects, approve invoices, and ensure profitability
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in electrical service account management or related field
Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, electrical design, and construction methods
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for client relationship management
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Bluebeam and Accubid preferred
Ability to manage fast-moving, multiple service projects simultaneously
