On-Call Front Desk Associates - Los Angeles
Action Property Management is the premier choice for homeowner’s association management, serving over 300 communities. They are seeking part-time On-Call Front Desk Associates to provide coverage at various luxury associations throughout the Los Angeles/OC area, with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities
Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner
Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
Provide concierge services
Complete the Daily Activity Report
Receive and distribute resident parcels
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Address resident and guest concerns and questions
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents
Qualification
Required
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Availability to work the minimum of monthly shift requirement
Reliable and punctual. Must be willing to cover shifts at properties throughout San Diego
