Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize the ERP environment within a manufacturing organization. This role involves collaborating with various business units to ensure the ERP system meets material planning, financial processes, and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and support NetSuite ERP, ensuring system stability and data integrity
Collaborate with accounting, manufacturing, and operations teams to support material management, planning, and financial workflows
Manage user roles, permissions, and access within NetSuite
Develop and maintain reports and queries using SQL and NetSuite reporting tools
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors as needed
Support integration points and system enhancements; Avante experience is a plus
Provide basic Microsoft Active Directory support, including user account management
Assist with printer and access-related issues as they relate to system users

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 years Hands-on NetSuite administration experience (required)
Experience in a manufacturing environment, with understanding of material management and planning
Some accounting knowledge within NetSuite
Experience working directly with business units and cross-functional teams
SQL experience for reporting and data analysis

Preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory administration
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
