Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Viva Eve’s growth, quality, and patient care objectives

Partner with the CEO and executive team to launch new service lines, locations, and strategic initiatives

Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational, clinical, and financial excellence across all practice sites

Oversee day-to-day multi-site operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a consistently exceptional patient experience

Standardize and optimize workflows related to scheduling, patient flow, productivity, and facility operations

Leverage KPIs and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements

Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction, quality, safety, retention, and continuity of care

Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth

Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards while managing operational risk

Collaborate across Marketing, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Revenue Cycle to drive innovation and scalable growth
