Organizing WIP in the freezers to allow for it to be packaged on a first in, first out basis
Pulling stacks as needed to supply the packaging workers to fulfill the day's orders
Monitoring the metal detector and alerting senior management if there are any issues with the CCP
Adhering to Housekeeping, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety and all other Company Rules and Policies
Qualification
Required
Responsible for organizing WIP in the freezers to allow for it to be packaged on a first in, first out basis
Responsible for pulling stacks as needed to supply the packaging workers to fulfill the days orders
Monitors the metal detector and alerts senior management if there are any issues with the CCP
Trained on food safety and quality
Encouraged to speak up when issues arise and how to produce safe food
May require lifting up to and including twenty-five pounds (25 lbs) throughout the shift
Adherence to Housekeeping, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety and all other Company Rules and Policies
