Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT point of contact for physicians and APPs, driving technology strategy and solution discovery
Lead governance processes to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing IT team; mentor managers and staff for continuous improvement
Build and maintain relationships with IT units to exceed service delivery and productivity goals
Oversee technical resource allocation, cost analysis, and budget planning
Provide critical analysis of systems and workflows to enhance patient outcomes and organizational performance
Ensure compliance with Orlando Health policies, HIPAA, and privacy regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Seven (7) years of progressive IT or healthcare experience
Three (3) years of progressive management experience
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage complex projects and resolve escalated IT issues
Expertise in healthcare IT systems, compliance, and workflow optimization
