Responsibilities
Find and connect with potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events
Keep recruiting files and systems organized and up to date
Schedule interviews and stay in touch with candidates throughout the process
Help coordinate career fairs, community events, and recruiting initiatives
Support onboarding by assisting with paperwork, licensing, and new hire setup
Track recruiting activity and share updates with leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of related experience
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills
Strong people skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Comfortable using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed
