Account Manager (Inland Empire)
Glass America is one of the nation's largest auto glass and windshield replacement and repair businesses, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive profitable growth in sales through business-to-business development and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Utilize CRM to create daily routes, making a note of each visit in the system
Identify accounts that will be a part of your outside sales activities for a sales cycle
Establish face to face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop and expand long lasting relationships
Track book of business account metrics
Use the promotions budget as needed to navigate the sales process
Maintain a strong working relationship with the Operations Team within assigned territory
Qualification
Required
3+ years successfully selling business services
Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives and metrics
Experience in account management / outside sales / B2B sales
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Auto Glass, Automotive and/or Insurance industry knowledge is a plus!
