Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in SPM, supporting enterprise portfolio planning, execution, and delivery

Administer and enhance SPM modules, support testing of SPM features, functionality, and enhancements in support of the department

Leverage SPM to drive portfolio visibility, track progress, and optimize resource allocation and financial performance

Configure and maintain interactive dashboard reporting capabilities in SPM to deliver real-time insights to project professionals, leadership, and stakeholders

Collaborate with EPMO teams to define portfolio performance metrics and KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making through SPM

Train and support EPMO professionals in the use of SPM tools, dashboards, and reports to increase adoption and capability maturity
