Qualification

Pediatric seizure managementG-Tube careOstomy careTrach/vent experienceHome care experienceCommunication skillsCritical thinking skills

Required

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Proven pediatric seizure experience
G-Tube Care: Administration of scheduled feedings and medications via Gastrostomy tube
Ostomy Care: Routine management and maintenance of an ostomy bag
Continuous monitoring of respiratory and neurological status
Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
Communicate with families and care teams
Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Preferred

Home care or private duty experience
Trach/vent experience
