Responsibilities
Develop and enhance our client's compliance management system and internal control framework
Oversee the creation and maintenance of compliance documentation, including policies and training records
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, providing strategic responses to inquiries
Coordinate all internal and external audits, managing preparation and follow-up actions
Conduct regular testing of controls, documenting findings and corrective actions
Lead compliance risk assessments and collaborate on mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years in regulatory compliance, risk management, or internal audit within financial services or FinTech
Deep knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks like SOX and ISO 27001
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex regulatory concepts
Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving
Superior organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and projects
Preferred
Preferred certifications: CRCM, CAMS, or similar
