Responsibilities

Conduct maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Control systems to meet standards
Travel between various facilities to ensure their optimal function
Oversee facility services, preventative maintenance, and inventory control
Maintain HVAC systems by cleaning, inspecting, and calibrating equipment
Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments for proper operation
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualification

HVAC systemsElectrical systemsPlumbing skillsEPA 608 Type II CertificationTrade schooling

Required

Proficiency in HVAC and electrical systems
Basic plumbing skills
Minimum of five years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
EPA 608 Type II Certification
Valid driver's license

Preferred

EPA 608 Universal Certification
Two years of trade schooling in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC
