1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s largest one-stop-shop for renewable energy, and they are seeking a Working Student in Product Operations & Enablement to support their Global Virtual Assembly Line team. The role involves helping select and roll out software solutions for international branches while ensuring employees are trained effectively to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

Support the rollout of digital solutions across (international) markets

Conduct "make-or-buy" analyses, researching software solutions and comparing them against business requirements

Develop and execute training programs (e-learning, guides, workshops) for employees using our proprietary software

Act as the first point of contact for software-related issues, helping users resolve specific product and tech problems

Monitor software usage and analyze key performance metrics to identify technical bottlenecks and suggest specific improvements

Work directly with Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure our digital solutions meet local operational needs

Manage independent projects, from initial research to final user onboarding

Required

You are currently enrolled at a German university, studying Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable course of study and are able to contribute 20 hours per week

You have a solution-oriented, analytical mindset and a proactive attitude. You are capable of working independently on projects and tasks, willing to take ownership, and have a passion for renewable energy

You are an effective communicator who enjoys interacting with diverse stakeholders across different regions

You are feeling comfortable working in fast-moving environment and have a drive to get things done

You are experienced with the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and collaborative tools like Miro and Notion. Initial programming experience or a strong affinity for software systems is a plus

Fluency in German and English (C1 / C2) is a must
