Miller Klein Group, LLC is a global private equity firm seeking an HR Analyst to join their HR team in New York City. The role involves supporting onboarding, benefits administration, employee record management, and assisting with recruitment efforts while maintaining HR metrics and reports.

Responsibilities
Support the new hire onboarding and departure processes
Help support benefits administration and handle benefits-related employee questions
Organize and maintain employee records in Workday (HRIS)
Create HR reports including headcount, HR metrics and turnover and dashboards
Assist with recruitment efforts with coordination and interview support as well as maintenance of ATS (Greenhouse)
Support various HR programs including performance management, training and development, and HR system implementations
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data changes
Help ensure best HR practices and recommend improvements to existing processes
Perform ad hoc duties

Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree required
6 months to one year of relevant HR experience at a fast-paced professional services company, ideally financial services
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong technical skills
Great team player
High level of discretion
Experience using an ATS and a HRIS system
Preferred
Workday and Greenhouse experience a plus
