Mid LevelThree Roads Agency is looking for Talent Managers to represent creators. This role allows experienced managers to manage their own roster while leveraging the agency's systems and relationships to grow revenue and expand their business.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing roster of creators or creative talent
Develop monetization strategies and long-term career plans for talent
Pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnerships and campaigns
Collaborate with other Three Roads managers on cross-roster opportunities
Use Three Roads’ systems for deal tracking, contracts, and payments
Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners
Qualification
Required
Experience in creator, influencer, or talent management
Active talent roster or clear near-term plan to onboard talent
Proven ability to negotiate brand deals
Strong understanding of monetization strategies
Organized, communicative, and relationship-driven
Comfortable operating independently within a collaborative ecosystem
