Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors promptly and professionally, both in person and on the phone
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in patient records
Collect patient information, insurance details, and verify eligibility
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area in line with office policies
Respond to patient inquiries and address any concerns or issues that arise
Assist in processing payments and maintaining an accurate financial record
Support clinical staff and other administrative functions as required
Collaborate with the team to enhance overall patient experience and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using medical software and Microsoft Office Suite
