Responsibilities
Administer and enhance Microsoft System Center Service Manager
Design, build, and maintain request offerings, incidents, changes, and services
Develop and maintain workflows using System Center Orchestrator
Support and configure the Cireson Web Portal (including JavaScript updates)
Maintain, patch, and upgrade SCSM, Orchestrator, and related systems
Act as SME and liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership
Lead efforts to modernize and migrate the Service Manager environment
Recommend process and efficiency improvements
Provide limited after-hours support as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting Microsoft System Center (SCSM) in an enterprise environment
Experience administering Azure and Windows Server environments
Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
