Responsibilities
Adapt and finalize existing exhibition graphics for new tour locations and venue-specific layouts
Localize and version graphics for different markets, languages, and formats
Prepare print-ready files for wall graphics, vinyls, banners, wayfinding, labels, and informational panels
Adjust layouts based on venue dimensions, touring constraints, and installation methods
Ensure technical accuracy including bleeds, crops, scaling, color profiles, resolution, and file formats
Work within Exhibition Hub’s production standards and touring guidelines
Coordinate with production teams and international print vendors to resolve prepress issues
Confirm quantities, versions, and delivery timelines
Support test prints, proofs, and print approvals when required
Maintain organized file systems including master files, location-specific versions, and print-ready packages
Apply consistent naming conventions and version control
Archive assets for future tours, reprints, and updates
Collaborate with Production Managers, Creative Directors, Installation teams, and external vendors
Implement feedback efficiently under tight touring timelines
Support last-minute updates ahead of exhibition openings
Review all graphics prior to print and shipment
Identify and correct layout, text, sizing, and technical issues
Ensure global visual consistency and brand integrity
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Strong knowledge of large-format print production and prepress workflows
Experience preparing files for vinyl, fabric, and rigid substrates (PVC, Dibond, Foamboard)
3–5+ years of experience in production graphic design
Experience in exhibitions, touring shows, events, retail, or experiential environments
Ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Calm, solutions-oriented, and adaptable
Strong communication and ownership mindset
Preferred
Experience with traveling or touring exhibitions
Familiarity with installation drawings or floor plans
Basic understanding of CAD files
Experience working with international vendors
