Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue operations strategies aligned with Paramount’s business objectives and market dynamics. Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership to forecast, analyze, and optimize revenue performance across all platforms
Pricing & Planning: Lead the design and implementation of pricing models and planning frameworks that balance client needs with inventory yield. Ensure pricing strategies reflect market conditions, audience insights, and cross-platform value propositions
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory allocation and stewardship across linear (broadcast and cable) and digital (streaming) platforms. Drive initiatives to maximize sell-through rates, minimize waste, and enhance flexibility for advertisers
Cross-Platform Integration: Champion the integration of linear and digital ad sales operations, creating unified processes and tools for planning, reporting, and optimization. Collaborate with product, technology, and data teams to leverage advanced analytics and automation
Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop, manage, and continuously improve business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into revenue performance, inventory utilization, and pricing effectiveness; ensure and enhance key stakeholder understanding and engagement across Ad Sales, Finance, Technology, and Executive Leadership
Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders across Ad Sales, Finance, and Technology

Required

15+ years of experience in advertising revenue operations, pricing, planning, or inventory management within a major media or entertainment company
Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformations and driving measurable revenue growth
Deep understanding of linear and digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic and advanced TV
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and internal reporting, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
