Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger for multiple entities by accurately processing and recording all company invoices, payments, intercompany transactions, and purchases
Coordinate and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
Compile, track, and organize budget data across multiple investments and operating entities; assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
Serve as back-up to the accounts payable function, including invoice coding, approval workflow coordination, and payment processing
Review, verify, and organize financial, legal, and contract documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
Maintain well-structured and auditable financial records, including digital and physical filing systems, for multiple entities and investment structures
Summarize and prepare financial records, schedules, and supporting documentation for internal management review and external reporting purposes
Assist with audit preparation by compiling requested schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance organization, efficiency, and consistency across accounting functions
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to resolve accounting issues and ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.), Accounting, Finance, or equivalent accounting experience
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity, investment, real estate, or professional services environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple entities, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent documentation and process discipline
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
