New Business Development Associate
Catapult Solutions Group is seeking a New Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth in Texas. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with employers and brokers, and closing new business in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities in the Texas market
Present and sell to C-Suite leaders, HR decision makers and broker partners
Sell through a combination of broker, consultants, third-party administrators (TPAs) and employer groups
Develop and deepen relationships with key prospects and industry influencers
Participate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand visibility
Identify new opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing market needs, and assessing fit
Close new business to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas
Deliver sales presentations independently or as part of a team
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and activity updates through Salesforce
Stay current on industry trends through ongoing learning and professional development
Qualification
Required
3-7+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of achieving or exceeding quota
Bachelor's degree required
Self-starter with strong time management, follow-through and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Active listening ability
Experience in solution-oriented sales
Comfortable with assertiveness, while still able to relate to an audience without relying on overly aggressive tactics
Preferred
Experience selling in the employee benefits, healthcare or insurance ecosystem preferred
