Responsibilities

Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions

Conduct legal research and analyze case law to develop legal strategies

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of legal issues

Negotiate settlements and plea bargains on behalf of clients

Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies

Required

2-6 years of experience, California bar admission and excellent academic credentials

Licensed to practice law in California

Ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines

Benefits

Origination bonus program pays 15% bonus of monthly of amounts collected on originated matters.

Production bonus program pays an annual bonus of 5% of salary base at 1,800 billable hours, plus an additional bonus of 40% of billing rate for each billable hour above 1,800 billable hours.
