Client Services Associate II
United Community is focused on financial advisory services and building strong client relationships. As a Client Services Associate II, you will support investment advisors in promoting Advisory Services, managing client engagement, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
Collaborate and Grow: Partner with investment advisors to increase sales, maintain client support, and resolve service issues
Client Engagement: Manage all aspects of client service, from communication to issue resolution and back-office processing
Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing for client and prospect meetings
Compliance: Ensure the office meets all regulatory compliance requirements
Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate and implement seminars, sales campaigns, and branch trainings
Account Management: Establish brokerage accounts and resolve account problems
Qualification
Required
Must hold the SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 OR obtain the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 within 6 months of hire
Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
Self-Motivated: Works independently and takes initiative
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
Industry Knowledge: Commitment to staying current with regulatory and industry changes
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service and build relationships
Preferred
Active Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
