Qualification
Required
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year recent financial institution experience
Must be able to sit at a workstation and be comfortable talking on the telephone for extended periods of time
Outstanding customer service skills are essential for this position, including the ability to communicate effectively with tact and professionalism
Additional requirements include knowledge of basic office functions: IT skills (maneuvering around Windows, browser-based applications, email), strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Preferred
Previous credit union experience with XP2 and/or Meridian Link is desirable
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
