Responsibilities
Operate marking equipment or machines following established work instructions
Bag, tag, label, and package parts and assemblies accurately
Verify part numbers, quantities, and identification prior to packaging
Inspect parts for obvious defects or damage prior to marking and packaging
Maintain accurate labeling and documentation as required
Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production goals and quality standards
Notify supervision of equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns
Perform other non-technical production tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior electrical or technical experience required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic attention to detail and quality
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must demonstrate professional, respectful behavior with coworkers and supervisors
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time
Must have sufficient mobility to include but not limited to bending, reaching, climbing, turning, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner
Walking moderate to long distances may be required
Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull/move items frequently over 20 pounds
Occasionally required to lift/carry/push/pull/move heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Candidates should be able to adapt to environments listed
This position must be able to work comfortably outdoors and may be exposed to hot/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
Preferred
Basic computer or machine interface skills preferred but not required
